史上講108課綱最好的老師， 完全不無聊 ，我還做了筆記。王振茂老師聲音很好聽 ，抑揚頓挫很適合直播 ，台風棒 
最近陸陸續續聽各個名師 說108課綱以及跨領域的英語課程，可是聽完之後就感覺愈發模糊，對於課程設計沒什麼感覺。可是聽完王老師的演講，感覺對108課綱後的英語教學有了點清晰的輪廓。我想是老師很親民，所以設計的東西，程度不會太難，會讓我感覺躍躍欲試，很適合推廣到大部分的課堂之中，我想華麗的PPT 跟學習單 有加分到，重點是每個 idea 都很有創意。第二個原因 大概就是 老師本身很有魅力與特色，非常想聽清楚老師的每個話語。個人特質真的無法被複製，
老師就是個閃亮的存在 。

Taiwan is known for prevail Covid-19, and we have no new cases on April 16 and April 17. In this seminar, I would like to introduce the location of Taiwan and how Taiwanese work together to pass through the pandemic. In the end, I would like to have a hand-on activity of making a maskeeper. After this seminar, I wishes American students can know the different ways that eastern and western countries facing the covid -19 outbreak, and how to protect themselves.

公費留學考試
氣候教育之教師專業發展課程 是台美雙方的環保署合作，由美國方釋出免費線上課程提供給台灣的教育人士參加。課程的主題是氣候教育，裡面包含的climate change 以及如何教授等等，氣候變遷是聯合國 SDGs 的目標之一，活動只到六月底。由於是全英文，然後每個小節都有要回答的問題，要達到一定分數之後，才可以往下進修，所以不是參與就可以拿到的，不過無聊沒事可以練習英文閱讀與小寫作，也是不錯的。
氣候教育之教師專業發展課程
一、環保署因應武漢肺炎防疫需求及提升我國環境教育工作者之知能，在臺美環境教育合作的基礎下，美國國家環境保護署於109年3月24日分享免費線上課程(全英文)
二、課程係配合地球日50週年開發，並提供給我國教育工作者使用，相關訊息如下：
（一）開放時間：自109年3月23日起開放至109年6月關閉。
（二）課程重點：氣候變化和生物多樣性/野生生物，主題包括：地球氣候系統、氣候與天氣、物候學、極端氣候、生物多樣性、土壤、海洋等。
（三）課程完成後，教育工作者將獲得來自Project WET ，Project WILD和NWF資源的免費課程.

線上會議/研習 軟體推薦 ZOOM
我最近參加了幾場線上會議跟線上研習，研習比較國際化，來自全世界的語言教學者，只要網路夠順利，其實流程 run 的很順利，一個小時的研習中，講師透過發問互動，問題留言等等，重點是喊了每個人的名字，讓我們感覺不是在看電視而是真實的線上研習，跟大家分享我看到的 online teaching.

Due to the spread out of CoronaVirus, we have the chance to access online teaching or online workshop. I had joined a few workshops online which were really good, and as long as we have a steady quality of Internet, we can connect to the world.

Grammar is important but be viewed as difficult and bored. In addition, in the EFL learning environment, teachers taught Prescriptive grammar or Pedagogical grammar but we forgot English is a world language which has African American English, British English, and some dialects in different areas. Thus, while teaching Grammar, we should remind our kids: Variation doesn't means wrong and language should be flexible.
However, as language instructors, we tried to introduce the best usage of the most Standard English that written or spoken by writers; meanwhile, we should know that there are grammar from different aspects like descriptive grammar, Rhetorical grammar and critical grammar.

Thanks Dr. Li's invitation, I joined a project called "pronunciation tutoring project" which you will have one on one tutor correcting your pronunciation. There will have four meetings. The first one is pre-test. You will read a paragraph once and the tutor will make a recommendation plan of your pronunciation. The second and the third class are the main classes that adjusting your pronunciation. The fourth class is post-test and you will read the same paragraph of the first time to see whether you make a progress or not.
Although I'm an English Teacher, my pronunciation is not that articulate as the native speakers. Through a few lessons, I feel more confident on my English speaking ability. Thanks my totur "Luke" who is a nice and warm teacher. Thank you.

In the beginning of the semester, some English Teachers were worried about the New Taipei Singing Contest in Nomberver. They were worried about choosing the suitable song for their kids to present, picking up the right class to go with, and asking other teachers for help. As for me, I tend to see the rubrics of the evaluation first and then set up training plan for my students. Here we go.

The workshop was help by the Georgia Department of Education, Georgia Southern university, and Savannah-Chatham county public schools.
It is a collaborative workshop which means unconference. An unconference is a spontaneous discussion-based gathering of educators in which there is no presider or leader; rather participants will actively engage with one another and share strategies for what works and what does not work when helping students acquire a second language. Participants will determine the day's topic during the online registration process.
During the discus, there will be a facilitator who will ask questions and invite participants to express their opinions. Also, there is a recorder who recorded the summary of the discussion.
How to make your English sound like Native Speaker.
Leaning English in Taiwan, we can speak with fluency but it's still hard for us to make our English with accuracy. While studying in the US, I joined a program that help me to find my weakness in speaking English and find solutions to adjust my pronunciation. Meanwhile, I try different on-line recourses to make it better.
I offered two materials for you to practice your English. First of all, it is called, "Echo Method" offered by Professor Karen. As a teacher, we did mechanical practice in class but sometimes we forgot to remind our students to LISTEN CAREFULLY and repeat. Second, ELSA SPEAK is an app, I recently used. It has seven days free trail so seize the time to practice.

影音教育平台Flipgrid
Flipgrid 是一個讓教師透過建立數位社群、以短影片為工具，讓學生進行社交學習的應用軟體。每一位老師都可以在 Flipgrid 建立自己的教室，並在教室裡發布討論主題，學生可以透過製作短影片來分享自己的觀點，影片內容可以被教室裡的所有用戶看到，老師可以選擇開放影片的按讚、評論功能，這樣會帶來一定的競爭性，進而激發學生的積極性；而且每個教室都有密碼確保安全性，老師可以將密碼或者連結分享給自己的學生。

在編寫108課程教案的時候，因為全新的制度，所以教案就不能按圖索驥，要重新規劃，如果是單一課程的教案比較單純，就是找到核心素養，以及學習重點之後，就可以依照老師的課程規劃，做安排；然而，像是雙北地區，需要書寫跨領域的教案，就必須找其兩個科目的核心素養以及學習重點。108課綱很難，但是相信我們會一起走過
