隨著2030雙語國家政策的施行，英語能力已經漸漸轉化變成普羅大眾都應該具備的能力，很多考試都如果有全民英檢等相關證明，就會有額外的加分，在國中升高中階段，滿建議大家去考的全民英檢初級，順便鍛鍊英語會考的聽讀能力。

第一階段通過後，就可以準備第二階段的口說以及筆試，筆試通常可以買書來練習，多寫就好了，口說往往會被忽略，於是在網路上找了全民英檢初級的口說題庫。

口說時間大約15秒，基本上可以有三個句子的表達。

三層法: 直接回答問題 - 延伸 - 總結論

減減加: 面對喜好當然可以回答NO 或是 I don't 記得在中間說明原因，最後加註一個正面的事物
