新北市將於110學年度全面將國際教育四堂課納入各年級課程計畫。當學校收到公文的時候，第一個想到的就是英語組，於是新北大部分的英語老師在寫課程計畫的時候，都要融入 國際教育議題 四堂課 (上下各兩堂課) 。 但是國際教育並非大家所想的節慶教育那麼簡單，它背後有廣大的意涵，有個強大的教育部在運作著。

新北市國際教育四堂課實施計畫
一、依據新北市國際教育中程計畫(2019-2022)辦理。
二、為培養學生具備國家認同、跨文化溝通與反思及關注全球 議題之能力，本市推動公立國中小學將國際教育議題融入 課程與教學，每學年進行國際教育四堂課。110學年度全面將國際教育四堂課納入各年級課 程計畫。
三 課程規劃：學校得將國際教育議題融入生活課程、英語文、社會及綜合活動等領域，規劃多元適性之教學活 動；學校自110學年度起應於每學年將課程計畫提經學校 課程發展委員會審查，並報本局備查。
在編寫 國際教育融入課程計畫的時候。因為有了108課綱核心素養，所以一定要按圖索驥，重新規劃，找到國際教育的核心素養及學習重點之後，再依照老師的課程規劃，然而，像是雙北地區，需要書寫跨領域或是議題融入的教案，就必須找其兩個科目的核心素養以及學習重點。

國際教育學習主題與實質內涵
國家認同：國際教育應從認識自我文化出發，擴展文化接觸，增進文化識能。中小學國 際教育之推動，學校能透過國際文化的對照，教導學生深入了解自我文化的特質，包括 種族、語言、階級、宗教、人口等。認識臺灣特殊的歷史定位，體認國家在國際社會的 特殊處境，並喚醒國家意識，正視自己對國家的責任。
• 國際素養：國際教育應循序漸進，讓學生從外語、文化及相關全球議題的學習中，產生 具有國家主體的國際意識。中小學國際教育之推動，學校能透過國際面向課程與國際交 流活動，促進學生文化學習，包括文化的共通性與差異性、文化認同等。教導中小學生 理解、尊重與欣賞不同文化，接觸並認識國際及全球議題，學習跨文化溝通的知識與技 巧。
• 全球競合力：透過國際教育的學習，激發學生跨文化比較的觀察力與反思能力，引導學 生了解國際間合作與競爭的運作情形，包括國際組織、國際援助、文教交流、國際關係、 國際經濟競爭等。強化學生參加國際交流及國際教育活動所需的多元外語能力、專業知 識與技能，並鼓勵學生體驗國際競爭與合作經驗，厚植邁向國際舞臺的實力。
• 全球責任感：國際教育應強調對不同族群、地域、文化的尊重包容，以及對於全球的道 德與責任，並提倡世界和平的價值，體現和平與衝突，包括國家的衝突革命與內亂、武 器競賽、恐怖主義與國家安全等。中小學國際教育之推動，學校能教導學生認識及尊重 不同族群的異質文化，強調人權與永續觀念，體認世界和平的價值，並重視全球生命共 同體的相互依賴性和因果關係，理解全球化議題，進而產生對整個地球村的責任

國際教育繪本推薦
國際教育不等於英語教育，但是英語能力是走入國際的關鍵能力。想到國際教育，行政處室大多會把責任丟給英語組但是我想說其實國際教育比較偏向社會領域議題，需要跨領域的統整。國際教育應該讓世界走進去，小國也能彰顯其價值，而不是一昧的再次放大西方國家，造成更大的國際落差。

這本書是先從五張入圍波隆那的風景圖開始的，也就是先有了圖之後，才開始想故事。
而最初發想故事的時候，其實主角只是一個泡泡，一個小女孩吹出的泡泡經過很多地方最後破掉的故事。直到後來我想這和我最初創作那五張圖的初衷有些不同
我希望「家」的意象能夠更明確，於是將故事修改成為現在的樣子：

出生和生長於台灣。大學畢業後在偶動畫公司擔任角色與美術設計一年多，離開才開始畫圖。擅長使用壓克力、水性蠟筆、拼貼進行創作。
創作內容多以當下的感受或是生活經驗為主題。喜歡兒童插畫、貓狗、古老的東西、午後雷陣雨和看劇。
