Take a doll or a soft ball and explain the rules

Mission :
Every one has to be blind in the circle, and they have to work together to find the soft sticks in the circle and try to use those to build up two boxes or cubes

Function: Everyone has to talk and work together BUT while everyone is taking who is going to be the leader ? Even though you have nothing to do, stay on your position is the best policy.
Magic hoop number 
Three to four people in one group
