tone of 不
不 has two tones, one is the falling tone just like English "NO", another is the raising tone just like English Yes or No Question sentence.
Rules: the word after 不 decided which tone of 不
For example, if the first, second, and third tone go after 不, the 不 will pronounce as the falling tone.
If the fourth tone go after 不,the 不 will pronounce as the raising tone.
