最近去參加一些雙語課程的公開課,也直接參與了台北在設計跨領域課程時的工作坊。對於雙語課程的設計與發想也有了大概的輪廓,在開學初,就跟學校拿了各領域的教師手冊,想說如果看到好的題材,就可以先設計雙語課程。

因為小學一年級進度本來就慢,加上施行雙語課程,所以在課程進度的安排上面,拉的時間會長一點,本次的課程設計結合康軒版一上生活課本的第三單元 3-2 的校園安全行動家。配合YOUTUBE 歌曲跟繪本教學,包含海報創意發想製作,總共六堂課。

 課程設計六堂課 

第一堂課 抽取學生的先備知識 + 動詞介紹

小學一年級的學生,需要用真實的情境開始,他們才能感同身受。

WARM UP  background knowledge

We didi our "CAMPUS WALKING" last week, do you still remember them? 

Show the photo and guide Ss to speak out the answer. Last one is HEALTH CENTER ( 健康中心) 

Have you ever been to health center? Why? 

Leave some times for Ss to express their experience and ask others if they have similar experience?

T writes some key words on the board while listening Ss' stories like Climb too high, running too fast, stand on the chair, run down the stair.

第二堂課 繪本介紹  + I SPY 找出教室或是校園的危險角

這本繪本可分成上下兩半,一半是他會跟你述說恐龍的危險行為,一半會跟你述說恐龍的安全行為。所以課程中,可以很容易分成兩堂課。

T shows the book and ask Ss "what do you see?"  "can you read the title for me?"  "How does the woman feel?" "WHY?" "Do you like the dinosaur or the woman?"

While T is reading the stroy, invite Ss to take a close look at the picture and tell T what do they find?

We didi our "CAMPUS WALKING" last week, do you still remember them? T can use ppt to catch up all the voc again. 

Now we are going to devide you in to six groups and you have to help me to find some dangerous spots at school? 

Each group will have a school map and all they have to do is to use red pen to circle some dangerous spots at school. 

T invites groups to do a short presentation "BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO TO ..."
