美國圖書館真的很棒棒之 線上密室逃脫
美國圖書館扮演著重要的教育角色，平日提供不同類型的活動，有提供給家長的mindfulness 研習，有提供給學齡前的 baby story time , 有提供給國小階段的繪本作家簽書會，有提供給青少年參加的 stem activity, 有提供給國高中學生的家教輔導等等，包山包海。在covid 19 停課期間，圖書館是不開放的，但是圖書館員並沒有因此停下他們的腳步，利用臉書開直播說故事，利用zoom 開線上讀書會，利用Google 表單結合年輕人喜歡的主題，做線上的密室逃脫。感謝 Bulloch county Library 已經幫我們整合好12個不同主題的密室逃脫，可以邊玩邊練習英文閱讀唷。
What is a Digital Escape Room?
Digital Escape Rooms are online puzzles you can complete on your own or with your family and friends. On this page, we list several digital escape rooms that have been created by libraries around the country. Just click on the photo of the Escape Room you want to try, and the link will take you to the correct Google Form.
Note: These were all created by other libraries, and the appropriate credits are on the opening page of each form. If you get stuck or have questions about the puzzle, use the contact information on the form itself (not ours!).
Hint: If you host a Zoom or Google Hangout session, you can play these online with others by sharing your screen

Welcome to our Harry Potter themed Digital Escape Room! You can complete this escape room as a group or as individual. You can compete against friends and try it multiple times. Just make sure you have fun!

Help Usagi and friends defeat a nefarious plot by Zoisite to take control of a pure-hearted triva game show host and use her corrupted heart to steal the energy of innocent watchers! Can the Sailor Scouts beat Katakata before she drains the energy of everyone in Tokyo??

6. Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library
The legendary game maker, Luigi Lemoncello, loves libraries. Author Chris Grabenstein's Mr. Lemoncello's Library series documents the eccentric millionaire's obsession which combines his love of games with his love of libraries. Perhaps you've read them? Now, the eccentric Lemoncello has built a new library, which will serve Stow and Munroe Falls. Families in these communities hope they will receive one of the few letters, inviting them to explore the Lemoncello Library before it is open to the public. Are you one of the lucky ones?

8. Dog Man Digital Escape Room
Great gobs of goo! Dog Man is at it again as he tries to escape from a digital locked room. It's up to you to save this epic hero of the day. Are you up to the challenge of figuring out clues found in: text, photos, or videos? Can our protagonist depend on you? Will he need more? Will his remote control die and shut down his TV before you are able to help? Only you can help by entering a parallel universe digital dark room. If you escape, then Dog Man will too! Good luck!!!!

My ONLY goal in creating this digital escape room was to empower the love of reading! ALL images and authorship belongs to Dav Pilkey and Scholastic. Free images were used from topping.com and were edited using canva.com. Other images were gathered from Google Image Search.
9. Minecraft Escape Room
The sound of faint hissing wakes you up. A quick analysis of the room and you see a creeper standing by the bedroom window. Immediately you sprint over to the opposite side of the room and stand motionless. If the creeper can't see you, he'll leave. You wait and the creeper forgets you're around. Phew!

11. Star Wars Digital Escape Room
You and a band of Rebels have infiltrated the Death Star to acquire classified coordinates to a Galactic Empire base. By sneaking on in a stolen Imperial Starfighter, your group has landed in the cargo-hold of the Death Star. Your mission is to make your way to the control center, steal the coordinates, and escape as fast as possible!
