英語教學的重頭戲就是句型啦,句型活動的變化不但可以讓孩子熟悉語言,以利他之後的產出,更可以培養學生開始說英語的能力;所以活動一定要好玩讓學生完全地融入活動之中;所以許多英語老師無不想破頭皮就是為了要想出能讓孩子練習句子聽說讀寫四個能力又好玩刺激的活動;但所以的活動都不能推離教學這個主軸,所以以下就教學目標以及教學活動流程,來分享我的句型教學活動:

一,英語句型的教學目標

教學目標是教學的指標,老師必須知道目標才能根據目標去設計活動,句型不是隨便拼湊就好,還是要按部就班的學習唷。

1.中年級的孩子:能聽辨句子的語調,能聽懂常用教室用語以生活用語

         能用正確的語調說出簡易的句子

         能閱讀並看懂簡單的句子,能辨識英文書寫的基本格式(首字大寫 字間空格 標點符號)

         能抄寫課堂中習得的句子

2.高年級的孩子:能聽懂簡易句型的句子,能聽懂日常生活對話

         能做簡單的提問,回答以及敘述

         能朗讀並看懂課本中的對話及故事

         能掌握英語書寫格式寫出簡單的句子

二,從單字到句型教學 warm up

中年級開始可以運用簡單的單字韻文,練習主詞+ be + 單字的句型;例如: Jack, Jack , i am Jack. (可以替換不同的單字) ;耳熟能詳之後再把主詞以及be動詞的概念帶進去;

高年級呈現單字時,也直接請學生造句,讓他們練習使用他們知道的主詞,be 動詞以及介係詞等等;例如: i am in the living. i like Chinese class.

三,呈現句型 presentation

在呈現句型時,務必要合理化以及make the sentence more meaningful,讓學生了解在什麼樣的情況下可以使用這個句子;例如: 在教導what's this? 時,可以使用"SECRET BOX",讓學生觸摸,猜猜看這個物品是什麼? 或是使用 "hiding picture" 讓學生真實的感覺到what's this? 的情境與用法。

雖然老師在想情境時,會辛苦一點但以後當學生遇到相似的情境時,才能順利地運用所學。

四,練習句型Practice

1. Three in Line & three lines the winner 

這是將sight words 跟單字結合的好機會;第一步聽寫,讓學生自由選取格子填入目標字;確認過答案之後,讓她們倆倆一組,練習使用看到的字彙造句。

2.WRITING RELAY 句子接力

+1. 將目標單字卡以及圖片卡發給台下的學生
+2. 隨機抽出四個學生倆倆一組;兩個站在台上,兩個站在教室後方
+3. 請學生出問題(Where are you going?),台上的人要寫問句,寫完之後,要拿出正確的字卡或圖卡交給後方的夥伴。
+4. 後方夥伴寫完答句後,來找老師念句子。

五,自由產出 production

我人生很熱愛CARD GAMES,所以利用一些基本的原理設計了幾組可以提供學生練習句型又好玩的遊戲;

+Make a pair撿紅點:S + V 

a.Teacher divides students into small groups. ( three to five students in a group)

b.Teacher guides students to practice the S+V sentence pattern.

c.Teachers demonstrates the rules of “Make a pair”

Rules: (take “I play baseball after school” for example.)

(1) each student has four cards. (they can view before the game start)

(2) paper scissors stone to decide which one goes first

(3) there is a pile of cards in the middle and there are four opened cards around it.

(4) the beginner has to pull out one card that matches the other on the table and say, “I _____(the card that matches your hand card) after school” then, she/he has to pull one card from the middle and put it on the table.

(5) Notice: if there aren’t any cards that match with your hand cards, you still have to pull out one card on the table. Then, pull one card from the middle and put it on the table. If there is a card that matches the card you take, you can take it.

(6) the person with the most pairs is the winner.

+Go fishing: 練習否定句型

a.Teacher divides students into small groups. ( three to five students in a group)

b.Teacher guides students to practice the S+V sentence pattern.

c.Teachers demonstrates the rules of “Go fishing”

Rules: (take “I play baseball after school” for example.)

(1) there are a number of cards in 4*6 grids.

(2) paper scissors stone to decide which one goes first

(3) the beginner has to turn over one card on the table and say, “I _____(the card you turn off) after school” then, she/he has to turn over one card on the table. If the card matches the card you turned over, you say, “I _____(the card you turn off) after school.” If the card doesn’t match the card you turned over, you say, “I don’t _____(the card you turn off) after school, and put the card back.

(4) the game keeps going until all the cards were taken away.

(5) the person with the most pairs is the winner.

+123 work together 大老二 : 練習 單 複數 人稱

a.Teacher divides students into small groups. ( three to five students in a group)

b.Teacher guides students to practice the S+V sentence pattern.

c.Teachers demonstrates the rules of “one, two, three, work together”

Rules: (take “I play baseball after school” for example.)

  • Each student has five cards in hand and they can view the cards.
  • Paper scissors stone to decide who goes first
  • The first one can put one card on the table and say, “I _______ after school.” or put two or three cards and say, “We / they _____ after school.”
  • The next one has to follow the first one’s rule to put cards. For example, if the first one who puts one card, he or she has to put one card.
  • The first one who go off his/ her cards, the winner.

+Be an honest liar 吹牛: 練習 單 複數 人稱

a.Teacher divides students into small groups. ( three to five students in a group)

b.Teacher guides students to practice the S+V sentence pattern.

c.Teachers demonstrates the rules of “one, two, three, work together”

Rules: (take “I play baseball after school” for example.)

  • Each student has five cards in hand and they can view the cards.
  • Paper scissors stone to decide who goes first
  • The first one can put one covered card on the table and say, “I _______ after school.”
  • The next one has to follow the first one’s rule to put the same card covered on the table and say, “I _______ after school, too.”
  • If the next one doesn’t have the same card, he or she has to put two cards covered on the table and say, “they __________after school.”
  • If the next one doesn’t have the same card, he or she can say, “They don’t _______ after school.” Then, he or she can turn over the cards, if the cards are accordance with the former; the latter has to take all cards; if the cards aren’t accordance with the former, the former has to take all cards.
  • The first one who go off his/ her cards, the winner.

+Never draw a ghost: 練習 Q &A 問句

a.Teacher divides students into small groups. ( three to five students in a group)

b.Teacher guides students to practice the S+V sentence pattern.

c.Teachers demonstrates the rules of “one, two, three, work together”

Rules: (take “What do you do in the morning?” for an example.)

  • Each student has five cards in hand and they can view the cards.
  • Paper scissors stone to decide who goes first
  • The beginner has to ask next one, “What do you do in the morning?”, and the next one can draw one card from the beginner.
  • If there are cards in pair, the next one has to put pair card on the table and say, “I __________ in the morning.”
  • Then, the next one has to ask question.
  • The first one who go off his/ her cards, the winner.

六,總結wrap up

無論是做甚麼活動,最後都要留個五分鐘的時間,拉回今天的主要句子,以及複習單字;如果學生對CARD GAMES有興趣,也可以請他們自己製作小卡,然後利用下課的時間玩唷;
