板橋運動推薦@YAS Trianer Studio

身為資深板橋人,生活區域大約都在府中附近,也試過不同種類的運動中心,像是: 忠孝國中社區大學的運動團課;板橋救國團重慶中心的運動團課;公辦民營舞動陽光運動中心重慶國小館的運動團課;以上都是CP值不錯高,也便宜的運動場館。然而,他們有個缺點就是期班團課,例如: 社區大學跟著學校行事曆走大約16週的課程,如果中間有事請假,也不能補課。其他運動中心大概都是兩個月一期的團課,救國團無法補課,舞動陽光可以挑同種類的課程補課。
像我可能寒假暑假期間,特別有空想要去運動,又不想被期班等綁住,就可以選擇位於板橋後站的 YAS Trianer Studio ;因為他是去一次算一次錢,一堂課大約250$ ,然後你買滿某個整數可以打折,所以換算下來一堂課其實跟運動中心的200其實差不多,重點是他 #無使用期限 #免簽約 #免入會,你可以趁做活動的時候,多買一點堂課,然後就可以享受多樣課程,自由調配自己的時間。

#南門市場必吃#合歡刀削麵

翻新之後的南門市場門庭若市,堪稱是婆婆媽媽界的最高戰場;除了年節必買的相關過年商品,二樓的美食廣場也是人山人海;其中有個全台北最好吃的牛肉麵 : 合歡刀削麵,就是南門市場的排隊名店。
從捷運中正紀念堂,二號出口出來,就可以直接看到美輪美奐的南門市場,進去後搭乘電扶梯到二樓,就可以看到排隊的紅線,此時,如果有人同行,建議先去看一下還有剩下那些麵料理,不誇張我上次去不到五點就全部sold out ,如果賣完了也就不用排隊了。

離捷運站最近的新北漂書站
雖然上露天或是tazze 賣二手書很方便,但是還是要湊到十本包裝郵資等等,於是這些年,我比較傾向漂書。「漂書」這一構思源於歐洲,以分享與互動的概念出發。只要家中有多餘的兒童繪本、青少年讀物、勵志、休閒、文學等類別,適合大眾閱覽之書籍為主,且無版權問題或破損、污損、塗鴉等情形,另時效性、廣告文宣、特定宗教及限制級圖書不納入漂書範圍。

板橋小屁拉麵

現在去吃一碗拉麵動則都要兩三百以上,真的不符合小資女的預算;今天想推薦一家在板橋後站經營20多年的老拉麵店 : 小屁拉麵。
豚骨叉燒才 130$ ,叉燒至少有五塊以上,湯頭也是濃郁好喝,來府中想吃點熱的,我第一選擇就是: 小屁拉麵。

轉型正義
「國際轉型正義中心」(International Center for Transitional Justice,簡稱ICTJ)是2001年成立於美國紐約的一個非營利組織,致力於透過轉型正義機制協助遭受大規模暴行而侵犯人權的社會,提供該組織的專業建議、政策分析,並與聯合國旗下一些組織合作轉型正義相關的研究計畫。
ICTJ指出,「轉型正義」(transitional justice)是對大規模且系統性迫害人權的回應,尋求承認受害者並促進和平、和解及民主的可能性。它適用於一個社會經歷一段時間內普遍存在侵害人權後追求自我改變的正義,重要的措施包括:起訴罪犯、真相委員會、賠償計畫、性別正義、安全體制改革、紀念活動等。值得注意的是,轉型正義在處理的進程中通常會帶來很多實際的困難,所以政治的權衡是很微妙的。具體的說,轉型正義的設計應該是加強民主與和平,也是一個社會在歷經大規模且系統性侵害人權或暴力行為後,重拾破碎社會關係的關鍵目標。
