The university plays an important role in students’ lives for the following reasons. First, free textbooks. The textbook is very expensive in the US so either you can borrow one from the library or buy a second-hand book from ABE books or Amazon. In addition, you can go to the official website of the library where you can find some eBooks or borrow some books from other universities. Second, University Library runs for 24 hours during the weekday. Library has computers, scanners, and discussion areas for students to use. Finally, one of the best thing is that the university Library offered writing center, which can help to detect your writing problems.  
 The university Library is amazing and  I  am going to do a simple introduction of ZACH S. HENDERSON LIBRARY.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY has three campus and the biggest one is statesboro campus. However, the transportation in Statesboro is not that convenience but there are some ways for you to transfer in the campus.

As a FLTA, you must choose upto three courses per semester either as audict or creidt. one of them must related to your professional field.  i took "Composistion 1" in the fall semestr.

STEM stands for SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGEERING, AND MATH. STEM is promoted by the US president OBAMA in 2008 and became a worldwild trend.  For example, in Taiwan, we announced a new educational curriculum in 2019 we called it as 108 curriculum. the new curriculum gsufocus on STEM which wants  schools designed cross-field courses and make different subject teachers to work together. For example, we do "Aquaponics" in Taiwan in science class, we teach some English words that related to Aquaponics in English Class, we read some articles that related to Aquaponics in Chinese Class, we do some mathematic practice that related to Aquaponics in math Class and we try to decorate the fish box in Art class and so on  
Georgia Southern University is known for STEM education and it established an institute for interdisciplinary STEM Education in college of education in 2012.

If you are going to study or work in the GSU, you would have a different viewpoint toward American. GSU is in the southeast of American and the people in the south of the America is nice and warm. They greets with each other and if you are polite enough they are willing to help you. there are a few places that you can visit while you are in the GSU, The center of wildlife education and

something you take it for granted which is super different in another country. This situation is what we called culture shocked. I live in Taipei, Taiwan and i move to Georgia, US for a few months. Thus, i am going to share my American culture shocked.
