108課綱已經正式上路了，老師們要逐年學習新課程計畫的寫法。從熟悉的能力指標轉換成核心素養，還外加了有點抽象的學習表現以及學習內容，真的會讓老師有種抗拒不太想寫課程計畫的感覺。但是既然108課綱已經上路了，第一年辛苦一點建立一個架構，後續寫的時候會很方便唷。
如何有效書寫108課綱的英轉課程計畫
1. 準備好議題融入的繪本

2. 準備好 108課綱 英語核心素養
3. 篩選適用的學習表現 ( 聽說讀寫等九個指標 ) 跟 學習重點 ( 語言 溝通 文化 思考 四個項目 )
4. 規劃基本堂數 ( 大約抓個比例就好，一個星期三堂課: 大約20堂課部定課程 ，30堂課繪本及國際文化教學，10堂課期初期中期末等等)
以上都準備好在手邊，就可以開始寫了唷~。我按照我們學校的格式分成 課程內涵，課程架構，英閱繪，以及教學規畫給大家參考唷~。
PS: 本人沒有要參加教案比賽，所以就是制式化的書寫，建立一個簡單的架構，
課程內涵：
英語領綱核心素養
英-E-A1
具備認真專注的特質及良好的學習習慣，嘗試運用基本的學習策略，強化個人英語文能力。
英-E-A2
具備理解簡易英語文訊息的能力，能運用基本邏輯思考策略提升學習效能。
英-E-B1
具備入門的聽、說、讀、寫英語文能力。在引導下，能運用所學、字詞及句型進行簡易日常溝通。
英-E-B2
具備使用各種資訊科技媒材進行自我學習的能力，以增進英語文聽說讀寫綜合應用能力及文化習俗之理解。
英-E-C2
積極參與課內英語文小組學習活動，培養團隊合作精神。
英-E-C3
認識國內外主要節慶習俗及風土民情。
課程架構：
我分成四個部分，國際教育，英閱繪，部定課程，生活英語。
英閱繪 －議題融入
新北為了因應108課綱為英語課程帶來的變化。採取了英閱繪的政策，在低年級使用國際教育用繪本來教英語。在中年級在教育部一個星期一堂課用來上部定的課程，剩下的兩堂課則使用校本的彈性課程，一樣是用繪本來教英語。本著超前部屬的精神，先做了功課，針對三年級下學習的課程內容找了適當的繪本教學，針對議題融入，適逢兒童節與母親節，融入國際文化，以及性別議題。
素養導向教學規劃：
剛開始施行108課綱，課程比例上我採取1:1:1 ，部定課程 : 繪本 : 國際教育的比例是一比一比一。
課程設計的部分，我是採用一週上繪本，兩週上部定課程，穿插國際文化複習等等活動。
學習表現我就是挑幾個夠用的，根據課程複製貼上；中年段的學習內容其實不多，各選一到兩個就可以了。
活動內容大家都是專家，就是寫個簡單的教案就可以了。
